Privacy policy
Last updated: 10 September 2026 · Draft pending legal review
1. Who we are
Edukable ("we", "us") is a marketing agency working exclusively with EdTech companies. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and the rights you have over it. For privacy questions, email [email protected].
2. What we collect
2.1 Information you give us
- Contact and audit-request forms: your name, work email, website URL, EdTech segment, budget range and any message you write.
- Email correspondence: the content of messages you send us and our replies.
- Calendar bookings: your name, email and any answers to scheduling questions.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) used for security and performance.
- Analytics data, if and when measurement is enabled, as described in our cookie practices.
3. How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and deliver the audit or call you requested.
- To prepare for meetings, including reviewing the website and marketing data you point us to.
- To keep records of our exchanges for as long as a commercial relationship is possible.
- To improve the website and measure which content is read.
We do not sell personal data. We do not add you to a marketing list because you contacted us once; email updates are opt-in only.
4. Lawful basis
Where the GDPR applies, we process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest (answering a request you initiated) and, for any marketing email, consent. You can withdraw consent or object at any time by emailing the address above.
5. Where data goes
Edukable operates as a distributed team across several countries. Data you submit may be processed by team members and by the service providers that run this site (form and scheduling providers, email, analytics), including outside your country. We use providers that offer contractual safeguards for international transfers.
6. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless a contract results, in which case contractual retention rules apply. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
8. Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes are announced on this page. This policy applies to this website only; client engagements are governed by the data-processing terms of the contract itself.
